2) If you wish to have an architect’s valuation of the property you are interested in, we offer you two possibilities:

To order a basic valuation of about two pages that will consist of a general description of the surroundings and characteristics of the property. Out of this information you will have a valuation price.

To order an extensive valuation of as many pages as needed to have the most accurate description of the property and surroundings with its most approximate value.

Whatever valuation is made, either through us or by your mortgage bank, we will negotiate the buying contract conditions basing us on the most reasonable situation of the property market.
